BolarForge is a buyer-side sourcing and procurement service based in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. We provide procurement support to international buyers sourcing from India.

2. What information we collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The fields collected are:
- Your name
- Company name
- Email address
- Country
- Sourcing category
- Estimated quantity or frequency (optional)
- Your message describing your requirement
We do not collect payment information, passport or government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.
3. How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:
- Review your sourcing requirement and determine whether BolarForge can assist
- Respond to your inquiry directly
- Conduct follow-up communication if you proceed to an engagement
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. How we share your information
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Resend(resend.com), an email delivery service. Resend processes your submission data solely for the purpose of delivering it to us. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
Beyond this delivery mechanism, your information is not shared with any third party unless we have your explicit consent or are required to do so by law.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your sourcing requirement and any ongoing engagement — typically no longer than 12 months after last contact. After that period, data is deleted unless there is an active commercial relationship.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. No personal data is collected through cookies.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual users.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@bolarforge.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
8. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing contact form submissions is legitimate interests — specifically, our interest in responding to sourcing inquiries submitted voluntarily by the person concerned. We do not rely on consent as a basis, as you initiate the contact.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend checking this page periodically.
