Supplier Identification
What we do
BolarForge identifies and shortlists Indian suppliers that match your specification, required volume, and certification needs — using local market knowledge and direct supplier relationships.
What you receive
A shortlist of suppliers with initial information on each — what they produce, their location, relevant registrations, and indicative pricing where available.
Scope note: Shortlisting is based on the information available at the time of search. It is a starting point for your evaluation, not a guarantee of suitability.
Supplier Due Diligence
What we do
Basic supplier due diligence including documentation review, registration and certification checks (FSSAI, Spices Board of India, APEDA where applicable), and on-site verification when the engagement requires it and scheduling permits.
What you receive
A due diligence summary covering what we were able to verify — registrations, certifications, and any relevant observations from on-site contact.
Scope note: This is basic due diligence, not a formal audit. BolarForge does not conduct financial reviews or guarantee supplier compliance. Buyers should apply their own import-market standards.
Negotiation Support
What we do
BolarForge negotiates pricing, payment terms, and minimum order quantities on your behalf using local market knowledge and direct engagement with the supplier. We present what was agreed for your final approval — we do not commit on your behalf.
What you receive
A negotiated commercial proposal from the supplier, with clarity on price, payment terms, MOQ, and lead time. You decide whether to proceed.
Scope note: Negotiation outcomes depend on supplier willingness and market conditions. BolarForge cannot guarantee a specific price or term.
Sample Coordination
What we do
End-to-end sample management: requesting samples from the shortlisted supplier, reviewing them against your specification on the ground in India, and coordinating international dispatch so you can evaluate before committing to a commercial order.
What you receive
Samples dispatched to your address with relevant documentation. A brief report on what was observed during the India-side review.
Scope note: International courier timelines are outside BolarForge's control once samples are dispatched. Sample costs and courier fees are typically passed through at cost.
Pre-Shipment Quality Check
What we do
Before goods leave India, BolarForge conducts a pre-shipment inspection to verify that what is being shipped matches your approved sample and agreed specification. This includes visual and physical checks, packaging review, and photo documentation of the lot.
What you receive
A pre-shipment report with photos and observations. Any discrepancy is flagged to you before the shipment is released, so you can decide how to proceed.
Scope note: Where on-site inspection is not possible due to location or logistics, BolarForge conducts a document and photo-based verification directly with the supplier. This is stated clearly in the engagement scope. BolarForge does not conduct lab testing — if lab analysis is required for your import compliance, this should be arranged with an accredited third-party lab.
Documentation & Shipment Coordination
What we do
BolarForge coordinates the documentation process with the supplier and freight forwarder — including certificates of analysis, phytosanitary certificates where applicable, packing lists, and commercial invoices. We liaise with the freight forwarder to confirm dispatch and provide you with tracking and document copies.
What you receive
Copies of all export documents coordinated on your behalf. Confirmation of dispatch and freight forwarder contact details.
Scope note: The supplier remains the exporter of record. BolarForge coordinates — it does not certify, guarantee, or assume liability for documentation accuracy. The buyer is responsible for confirming import compliance requirements in their destination country.

BolarForge is a small, focused operation. We take on engagements where we can genuinely deliver — not every requirement that comes through. If your requirement is outside our current capability, we will tell you before you commit anything. We would rather be honest early than disappoint later.
